Dread Skull is one of the four minibosses of The Temple. Upon defeating it, the player will be granted the Magic Sword Cartridge. Uniquely, touching DrdSkull's guillotine blade at any point will deal 5 damage.

| DrdSkull will move to the center of the room, and prepare to smash it's guillotine into the ground. This is telegraphed by several targeting lasers growing closer together. When the blade hits the floor, it will either destroy any blocks on the ground and turn them into bone shots, or release a shotgun of bone shots if no blocks are there. | |
| DrdSkull will bang its guillotine blade against a wall, and release several bones when it strikes the wall. Blocks will fall from the ceiling, and it will then try to immediately do attack 1. | |
| DrdSkull will move to the center of the room, and fire a laser at the ground, telegraphed by warning markers. When the laser is fired, it releases shots to the side of it. |

- DrdKnight, DrlLich, DrdSkull, and The Warden, originated from a previous project of Team D-13, a forum adventure. This also spawned the game Handheld.Exe.
