The Maintenance System is the third floor found in the player's decent into the facility. It is populated by all types of Enemies, but contains more mages than previous floors. It also has many more environmental hazards, such as lightning beams and water. Most basic constructs are upgraded to their ice forms, such as Frostheads.
Enemies
These are all the new enemies that can appear in the Maintenance System, not including enemies from previous floors.

Chases the player via the shortest route available. Instead of chasing the player, smaller Ghosts will choose to revolve around the Giant Ice Ghost until it is destroyed. Fires a burst of revenge bullets upon death.

Fires double damage bullets in a wide spread pattern outwards, as well as two bigger double damage projectiles towards the player.
Releases its Soul Tank upon death, spawning 2-4 Ghosts, Ice ghosts, or Crazy Ghosts.

Has two attacks: one has it firing bullets around it in a spread pattern, and another has it firing an Icicle that leaves a wake of cold bullets, splitting into more bullets upon contact with a wall.

Fires cold bullets from its position outwards. Bullets bounce once when hitting a wall. Instead of being killed when hit by an Icicle, the Icicle breaks when it hits the Iceweaver, and releases bullets downwards (this applies to all Ice Mages).

This enemy is a Challenger, effectively a miniboss encountered in normal rooms. Fires slow-moving spreads of syringes, and throws canisters containing jellies or cross/X formations of toxic gas. Additionally releases a cross formation of gas upon defeat. Drops a flan pickup upon defeat. |

Notes
- Maintenance System appears to be either a sewer or cooling system for the Bellows.
- Frost enemies such as Frosthead or Crystal Seekers are almost exclusive to the Maintenance System.
